Health Happiness And Kale

In 2009, right before my college graduation I found out I was pregnant with my son.  It was definitely a curve ball but it turned out to be one of the best experiences. Up until that point my life consisted of LOTS of partying, late night pizza, chili cheese fries, milk shakes, and whatever other junk you can imagine. Don’t get me wrong, I ate pretty healthy during the day but once late night hit I was eating crazy amounts of taco bell burritos and downing mountain dew. Having my son was a total life overhaul. I cut out fast food (except the occasional french fry cravings), I started walking everyday, I began prenatal yoga classes, and filled up on tons of fruits and veggies. Eight months in, I discovered healthy living blogs and have been inspired to tell my own story.
