5k Training Week 2

I just returned from a 3.02 mile run. I was pumped the whole time. I couldn’t believe how gorgeous it was even with the gray sky, and light rain.


With the 100+ degree temps we’ve been having, I didn’t think I’d ever be able to comfortably run in the afternoon again.

Post run I fueled up with Annie’s Cinnamon Bunny O’s, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, and a 1/2 a cup of the blueberries we picked this weekend.

Now, I’m trying to figure out what’s for dinner. Need to cook, eat or freeze the food before the kitchen construction starts again tomorrow.
